Usually it requires electrical classes or something like that to be able to install in properly, and you can usually do that kind of thing anywhere they sell those kinds of things or some car lots install them for you in your care. but yeah your electrial classes are probably required and whatever. but if you want to avoid going back to school for it i would probably go somewhere that might train you for it
